Sending & Returns


All our orders are shipped from the Netherlands with the standard shipping service of PostNL.

Shipping within the Netherlands costs € 3.95 per order.
Normally orders to Netherlands delivered within 1-2 business days.
When making a purchase over € 45 , - free of shipping will be charged.

International shipping costs € 9.95 per order.
It may vary from one country when the order is delivered.

If you have not received your package after a few days then you should contact our customer service. We will then check where you package is and can inform you whether it makes sense to order the desired product again. Return or exchange

All articles can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt date. The cost and risk of the return shipment are for the account of the customer, even if you want to exchange an item. You have to notify us before returning the goods and remember to put enough stamps on the packet. If you use the right of withdrawal, you must return the item in its original state and if possible in original packaging, in accordance with the instructions below. 

What should you do?

  • Log into your account at at the homepage on 'My Orders 'button.
  • At the bottom of the column 'recent orders', click on the order you wish to return on 'View'and then 'Items Returns'
  • Select the product and the amount that you want to return.
  • Select the reason for return.
  • Chose a return or exchange action.
  • Click on 'Send'.
  • Download a return form HERE.
  • Place the item in its original packaging and place it with the completed return form in the original box. Seal the box well with tape.
  • Put enough stamps on the package and put it on the post.

You are responsible for damage to or loss of the goods until they reach our warehouse. Bacana can not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages or articles. The customer is responsiblefor the costs of the return shipment. Bacana will not pay for the return costs.

We may not be able to identify your package without your order number, customer number and name. Return your order without this may cause a delay in processing your refund.

Bacana will reimburse all payments to the consumer, including any original delivery costs for the returned product, immediately but within 14 days after the day on which the consumer notifies him the return (time of termination). The reimbursement is free of costs for the consumer.

If the consumer has chosen a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, the trader does not have to repay the additional costs for the more expensive method. ''

The purchase amount will be credited to the credit card (if you have paid by credit card), banking (if you have paid by debet card or Klarna) or Paypal account (if you have paid with PayPal). To be eligible for a refund of the purchase price the returned product must be unused or worn and submitted in the original packaging. The attached cards and labels should also still be attached to the product.
